Behind The Scenes with Our Little FTHA Family

Throughout the 20 plus years of arts & crafts shows, there are several questions I almost always hear. The top question is, “Do you paint all of this?” which is followed closely by “Do you make all of this?”

I answered the first question in this previous blog post about my Frequently Asked Questions. I would love to answer the 2nd question now!

“Do you make all this?”    

No, I personally do NOT make all of the products. Without my wonderful multi- talented team, there would be very few products to offer you! There’s not enough room to list each & every way these beautiful ladies enable me to do what I do! God brought each one of them to From The Heart Art at just the right time to fulfill a need. They are flexible, dependable, strong, creative, and determined to do their very best at what ever the task is before them!

We have some team members here everyday working, others a few days a week and a few are like angels, popping in at just the right time to offer support!

So, whether it’s creating a beautiful high quality product, sweeping the floors, providing the best experience using our online store, designing new products for our encouragement kit, taking out the trash, packing & shipping with care in a quick turn around time, tracking down a runaway studio pup, exploring all the options available to help you find us easier online, rescuing trapped birds in the warehouse, praying over products, people & equipment, decorating a beautiful booth at a show, being open to new ways to serve you better, to being there for me when I’m tired and faithfully reminding me why I do what I do!  That’s our problem solving, creative thinking, Jesus loving team! Now I will let them tell you a few little interesting things  to help you know them better.  

My name is Adrain, I am retired and have three sweet grandboys. I have worked part-time with Pam for over 8 years; I have witnessed how the Lord has blessed this ministry and how this ministry has blessed so many. I work with the production department; I label products, package products, fold products and get excited to see each item from beginning to end. Three foods I could eat every day are pizza, fried chicken and butter cookies. My favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." My interesting fact is that I love to travel and have seen some very beautiful places and countries. And my all-time favorite design is the Ladybug Parade.

Hello! My name is Allison, and I’m the Social Media Manager at From the Heart Art. My favorite food would have to be anything from a food truck! My favorite bible verse is Hebrews 13:8, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever”. My favorite design of ours is either “Draw Near Bicycle” or “Joy Bee”. One interesting fact about me is that I also love to paint and create, so this job is something that I’m really passionate about!

My name is Caroline & I work as a Graphic Designer for From The Heart Art. I focus on taking Miss Pam's original artwork and adapting it for many different products, as well as writing out calligraphy for some of the Lemonade Creative Hearts Traceables. My favorite thing to eat is Mexican food. My favorite verse is Romans 12:12, "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." I try to live my life by this verse - it's such great advice full of truth and wisdom for any situation. My favorite design is the "Fall Door" - just makes me happy :) One interesting fact about me is that I've been to 48 states all by driving - my first time on a plane was just this past December.

My name is Evie, it rhymes with Chevy. I am the newest member of the team & am currently over the Shipping Department; I also help with Production, Customer Service, some social & anywhere else I am needed! My fave food will always be pizza! My fave verse is Psalm 46:5 “God is within her, she will not fail.” And my favorite design is the entire Flower Shoppe Collection, but also Think Vase! An interesting thing about me… is that I have worked at a taxidermist before & it was probably the most fun & interesting job I’ve ever had!

My name is Grace and I am the Business Operations Manager! I'm here to keep operations running smoothly and tackle special projects. My favorite food is sushi, I love fish! My favorite verse is Romans 8:38-39, "For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. One of my  favorite designs is the "Birds of the Air", it reminds me that God takes care of even the smallest of creatures therefore I know HE cares for me too! One interesting fact about me is that I started working for Pam when I was 18; I had no idea how important this job would become for me 5 years later, or how much I would learn and grow for future careers!

My name is Raven and I'm the Operations Auditor. My job is to help make sure all the helpers are working smarter not harder to bring you Miss Pam's art and classes. My favorite food is homemade spaghetti with extra garlic garlic bread. My favorite verse is Exodus 16:36, "An omer is one-tenth of an ephah," because it speaks to God's attention to detail when meeting our needs. My favorite design is Jars 3, also known as "Don't be afraid of tomorrow". One interesting face about me is that I built my own gaming PC then painted the window of the case to look like a stain glass window!

My name is Tammy and I am the Production Manager. My favorite food is my husband’s BBQ grilled chicken. My favorite verse is Psalm 46:10, "Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth." I have so many favorite designs that it is hard to pick one, but one of my favorites is the Be Strong Cardinal. One interesting fact about me is that I love to go fishing with my husband.

My name is Molly and I am Warehouse Support. I'm here to help in any way that I can. My favorite verse is Romans 8:37, "No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." My favorite meal would be hamburger steak with onion gravy. I have always loved the Bluebirds design that we have.
