Refund policy

At Pam Coxwell Designs, we want you to enjoy your purchase and experience joy in your creative journey. Because our products include a mix of physical art kits, memberships, and digital downloads, we have a few different guidelines for returns and refunds.

Physical Products

  • Returns: We accept returns of unused and unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please see the Package Protection section below for details. Coverage depends on whether you opted in at checkout.

  • Incorrect items: If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, please contact us at hello@pamcoxwelldesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right on a case-by-case basis.

Package Protection

  • What it is: This is an optional add-on at checkout. When you select Package Protection, we take on the risk of your package being lost in transit or arriving damaged — and we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you.

  • If you decline: Then any issues with lost or damaged packages will need to be addressed through the shipping carrier; we’re glad to help you locate the carrier information or guidance, but replacement is not guaranteed.

  • To use it:
      1. Wait 3 days after the order status shows “delivered” — sometimes deliveries are early or tracking is ahead.
      2. If the package is lost or damaged after that, reach out to us with your order number, tracking info, and details.
      3. If you opted in, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

Digital Products, Workshops & Memberships

  • Digital Products: Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Workshops: Registrations for online workshops are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Memberships: Monthly and annual membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
