We will ship out your Encouragement Box around the 15th of each month.

Please reference the dates on the product description to understand which box will be your first dependant upon sign up date!

New Subscriptions are billed at time of subscribing and rebilled on the 5th of the following month for that month's products.

Example:
1)Peggy subscribes & pays on March 4th and receives March products after they are shipped around March 15th. Peggy is rebilled on April 5th for April's products and will receive them after they are shipped around April 15th.

2) Gina subscribes & pays on March 18th. March Reminder Kits are already shipped, so Gina's payment is applied to April's products and she will receive them after they are shipped around the 15th of April. Gina's second payment will automatically bill on May 5th.

Offering a subscription box is our way of sharing a little joy and monthly celebration with our supporters and work to bring them what they’re wanting most! To ensure we can put a whole lot of love and attention into each box at the best prices, we need to make certain things exclusive. As a member of the Encouragement Club, you will also have the opportunity to 

We understand that sometimes things change and we want to make your subscription work for you! Each month your subscription will be rebilled on the 5th for the current month’s box.

You will receive a reminder to make changes for the upcoming month’s box including canceling, updating an address, or skipping by the 28th. For example, you can change your May box information up until April 28th.

Each monthly delivery of your Encouragement Box will provide plenty of opportunities to share little reminders of Truth with the people in your life.

If you would like to send someone a whole box, we recommend purchasing a subscription for a loved one and putting in their shipping address details at checkout.

You will be able to cancel the subscription at any time. 

Due to the nature of the subscription box and needing to create materials ahead of each month, we are unable to refund a monthly subscription that has already been rebilled.
