I created Watercolor Joy for women who want creativity to be part of their lives, even when life feels full.

I know how easily the things that restore us get pushed aside when there are people to care for, work to finish, and things that need our attention.

So I'll do the planning for you. Each month, I'll choose the artwork, paint your inspiration piece, prepare the prompts, and put together a beautiful little creative experience for you to discover in your mailbox.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be an experienced watercolor painter?

Not at all. Watercolor Joy is about enjoying the experience of creating, not painting something perfectly. Your artwork arrives as line art printed on watercolor paper, with Pam's finished painting for inspiration and Joy's prompts and tips. It gets to look like yours.

As a BONUS, you’ll also receive Pam’s Quick Start Guide to Watercolor video and printable PDF to help you get started with the basics.

Do I need my own watercolor supplies?

Yes, you'll want your own basic watercolor paints and a brush. Your first envelope includes a paint-dot sampler as a bonus, but paints and brushes are not normally included.

When will I be billed each month?

You will be charged $15 when you initially sign-up for your snail mail subscription. 
Monthly rebill of $15 will process on the 1st of each month following.

Join by October 25th 2026 to receive your first envelope.
Join on the 26th, you will receive the upcoming month's envelope.

When do the envelopes mail?

Part of the fun of Watercolor Joy is waiting for that little envelope of Joy to show up in your mailbox.

Envelopes will ship 5-7 business days after the order is received.  

Snail mail can be slow sometimes, please allow up to 2 weeks for U.S. delivery.

When you join, take a quick look at your receipt and make sure your mailing address is correct. A tiny typo can send your happy mail on a very long adventure.

If your Watercolor Joy envelope still hasn’t arrived by the end of the month, email us at hello@pamcoxwelldesigns.com and we’ll help make it right with a replacement for that month.

Is shipping included?

USPS First-Class Mail (no tracking) is included in your $15/month subscription.

This is our most affordable option and includes USPS First-Class Mail delivery.

Because this service is not trackable, recent USPS delivery times have ranged anywhere from 10 to 25 business days after mailing, depending on your location and USPS processing.


For and additional $3/month you can choose the Ground Advantage option which includes tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but if you are interested in us adding that option let us know by sending an email to hello@pamcoxwelldesigns.com

Can I purchase past Watercolor Joy envelopes?

Yes, when previous months are available. Past envelopes may be purchased separately while supplies last.

Is Watercolor Joy part of CHS?

No. It's a completely separate physical snail mail subscription, and you don't need to be a CHS member to join. CHS remains our digital space for deeper watercolor techniques, more involved projects, and faith-centered creativity.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. 

Any subscription changes — including updating your mailing address, changing your billing information, or canceling your membership — must be completed before your next rebill date to take effect for that month's shipment.

Once a payment has been processed, we're unable to guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made to that shipment.
