Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Pam Coxwell Designs! We take great care in preparing and shipping your orders so they arrive safely and on time.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.

  • During busy seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.

  • We primarily ship through USPS, but may use UPS or FedEx when necessary.


Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. after your order ships.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Digital Products & Memberships

  • Digital items, workshops, and memberships are delivered instantly via email or through your account login.

  • No physical product will be shipped for these items.


Package Protection

  • We offer optional Package Protection at checkout to give you peace of mind.

  • If you opt in and your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost.

  • If you decline, you’ll need to work directly with the shipping carrier for lost or damaged items. (See our Return & Refund Policy for details.)


Shipping Errors or Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.


International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.
