Join Pam as she teaches you how to create the Joseph & Donkey Ornament Set. There is a design on each side of the ornaments. The DIY Kit includes the tutorial. Start now prepping for Christmas! Create a beautiful themed Christmas Tree that tells the Nativity Love Story!
My project this year was inspired by an old book called "The Two From Galilee: A Love Story of Mary And Joseph". I purchased the book at an estate sale because of the beautiful old pages. But, when I looked at the story inside, the ideas for illustrating the story with my art and ornaments felt like sparklers and fireworks exploding in my mind! Christmas truly is the ultimate love story! Of God's incredible love pursuing you and I and offering the ultimate gift to redeem us and enable us to return to Him.
This pair of ornaments is a companion to the Mary and Star Ornament, which is part of my new Nativity Love Story Collection. Christmas truly IS a Story of Love! So, I wanted to illustrate the characters of our traditional Nativity Story. I attempted to illustrate their love for Baby Jesus. I will be releasing a new pair each month leading up to Christmas.
I'm looking forward to showing you how to paint this sweet Christmas Ornament of Joseph and Baby Jesus. He pairs beautifully with Mary and baby. Be sure to watch for the other pieces to be released so that you can collect the entire collection
Purchasing the Project Kit gives you access to the recorded tutorials for this project stored in our Learning Hub. We want you to be able to easily access the tutorials to watch at your convenience.
