Remember, you don’t have to have ALL the brushes! Because there are so many brands available and I really do want to help you cut the overwhelm, I tried to stick with the basic brushes and brands easily accessible at popular craft stores. As you learn more about the different brushes and start using them yourself, you will experience what they are capable of helping you produce and you will soon begin finding your own favorite friends! With so many paintbrush brands, styles, types, and prices, purchasing paintbrushes can be very overwhelming. Walk down the aisle of the craft store with me as I show you what to look for when purchasing new paintbrushes.

Brush Comparisons

One of the ways we can beat the brush overwhelm is to learn & experience what the brushes can do. I will demonstrate some of my favorite brushes using gloss medium, paint, and a pad of spiral-bound watercolor paper (my Reference Book).

What Can Your Brushes Do?

One of the ways to cut brush overwhelm is to get familiar with what they can do. I will guide you through using both Watercolor and Acrylic brushes to create various strokes that turn into beautiful painting.
