Join me in my Studio!   The leaves should be turning and the temps should be cooler!    It's the perfect time to gather and create!

The Studio will be the setting for a Christ-centered experience where creativity becomes a tool for worship, reflection, and the making of not just beautiful art—but meaningful keepsakes grounded in God’s Word.  

We love to serve and are excited to welcome you back!

The Beloved Journey, a two-part creative retreat series inspired by the Restore My Heart Bible Study by Denise Glenn,  invites you to experience His unconditional love as you engage in inspiring art, meaningful Bible study, and heartfelt connection with other women on the same journey.   We hosted Part 1 in June as a 1 day event.   Enjoy scrolling through some of the pictures from our Part 1 Beloved Gathering.  

Part 2 is the grand finale' of the Beloved Journey with new art designs, creative keepsake projects and an overview of the last 3 chapters of Restore My Heart Study.

Get one on one help creating your best artwork.   Sit and soak in the Bible Study time.   Leave refilled and refreshed, equipped with NEW art techniques AND loaded down with beautiful creations and new friends!

📍Retreat Details:

• Date: October 3 - 4, 2025 (1 afternoon + 1 full day of creativity & Bible Study)
  
• At least 3 creative projects and NEW techniques to use in future projects.
• Location: Creative Hearts Studio | Opelika, AL
• Cost: $325
• Art Supplies for each project, lots of prizes, gifts and laughter included.
• Shuttle from the hotel to our studio each day.
  
• Wonderful food:  Friday includes a special celebration dinner at our studio. Saturday includes delicious morning snacks, lunch, plenty of snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Enjoy an afternoon and a full day of creative projects and special keepsakes!   We will create several art projects & learn new techniques throughout our time together:  watercolor, gel printing, working with clay and vintage books are among some of the mixed media we will use to help us make keepsake reminders of HIS great love for us.

ALL TIMES ARE CENTRAL TIME ZONE

FRIDAY 3 pm - 8 pm (evening meal, gathering around the fire and creative free time)

SATURDAY  9 am - 4 pm CT

LODGING

Lodging is not included in the price, however we will have a few recommendations for you:

Tigertown area: Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn and Microtel (by Lowes) are good choices.

Consider rooming together at one of the area hotels or going in together to rent an AirBNB.   We have a friend with a rental home close by that ya'll might renting.   Please let us know if that sounds good to you so that we can get more information.

TRAVEL

We are about 1 1/2 hours south of Atlanta, Ga.  There are shuttle services from the airport to Opelika.   I recommend coordinate with each other and possibly share transportation.   For the Atlanta airport Groome Transport has a shuttle from Atlanta to the Tiger Town area.   The Birmingham Airport is about 2 hours away and also has shuttle transportation to Opelika.

We are Approximately 1 hour North of Montgomery.

We are approximately 2 hours South of Birmingham, AL

We are approximately 45 minutes west of Columbus, Ga.

If you are flying in or driving, check with some of the other ladies you might be able to  carpool!

WHY this study?   Over 20 years ago I went through this life changing Restore My Heart Bible Study.   It greatly impacted my life.   The way the Bible study teaches the traditions of a Jewish weddings during Biblical times, paralleled with scriptures describing the Bride of Christ, gave a new & deeper understanding to God's love for me.    

 He put it on my heart to host a creative retreat with the Restore My Heart as a foundational piece for creating art.    Taking elements from the study, using art supplies & our creativity as a tool to help us connect deeply with God’s truth—and create meaningful art that helps tell part of  your beautiful journey with Him.
