In this course, we will work to conquer the Brush Overwhelm with the basics using the brushes that I use in my own art.
Throughout the past 30 years of creating art and selling my creations, I’ve gone through MANY brushes. I’m excited to introduce you to the brushes that I use, demonstrate some of the strokes they are capable of and teach you how to use them yourself! Before long, you will be using them as a tool in your own creativity and you’ll be choosing the brushes for your projects with confidence.
Remember, you don’t have to have ALL the brushes! Because there are so many brands available and I really do want to help you cut the overwhelm, I tried to stick with the basic brushes and brands easily accessible at popular craft stores. As you learn more about the different brushes and start using them yourself, you will experience what they are capable of helping you produce and you will soon begin finding your own favorite friends!
