June 2026 Retreat: Terms and Conditions

By registering for and attending the June 2026 Retreat (the "Retreat"), you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment

Participation in the Retreat is confirmed upon receipt of the full registration fee. All fees must be paid in full by the stipulated deadline communicated by Pam Coxwell Designs.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

All sales are final. The registration fee for the Retreat is non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a future event, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal emergencies (e.g., illness, injury, family matters).

  • Travel disruptions or changes (e.g., flight cancellations, weather-related delays).

  • Work or professional obligations.

  • Dissatisfaction with the Retreat content, schedule, speakers, or accommodations.

3. Retreat Cancellation or Modification by Organizer

Pam Coxwell Designs reserve the right to modify the Retreat schedule, speakers, or venue at any time.

Pam Coxwell Designs also reserve the right to cancel the Retreat entirely due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, public health crises, or speaker cancellation. In the event the Retreat is canceled by Pam Coxwell Designs:

  • Registered Participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee only.

  • Pam Coxwell Designs is not responsible for any other costs incurred by the Participant, such as travel, accommodation, incidental expenses, or other losses.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward all other attendees, speakers, venue staff, and organizers. Pam Coxwell Designs reserve the right to remove any Participant from the Retreat without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, unlawful, or violates applicable venue policies or the spirit of the Retreat.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Participant agrees that the Retreat organizers, their agents, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property, or any other loss (direct or indirect), incurred by the Participant in connection with the Retreat, including travel to and from the event. Participants attend the Retreat at their own risk and are encouraged to secure travel insurance.

6. Photography and Videography

By attending the Retreat, the Participant grants permission to the organizers and their designated contractors to photograph, videotape, and audio-record the Participant's likeness and voice during the event. The Participant agrees that the organizers may use these recordings in promotional materials, publications, and on their website/social media channels without compensation or further notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
